Class Eligibility

The Settlement provides benefits to Missouri residents who purchased an Aeroknife for personal use and not for resale. Under the proposed Settlement, Telebrands shall issue a full refund plus shipping and handling costs to all Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form and return the Aeroknife. Alternatively, Telebrands shall issue a payment of Five Dollars ($5.00) to all Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form under penalty of perjury and retain the Aeroknife.

Case Summary

    Beware! They’re asking for Social Security Numbers with the claim form.

    I believe that is for fraud verification.

    ridiculous you have to enter your ssn along with all of that other identifying info. that’s awful.

    How can they guarantee that your SS number, once released to them is protected from fraudulent activity by employees? How can they ensure the efficacy of their computer security systems to the consumer? THEY CAN’T. It is entirely unnecessary, on 5 dollar claim to ask for it!
