How do I stop getting security systems telemarketing calls? I have tried everything can you sue them?

    ADMIN – Hi Linda,

We feel your pain! We get calls from ‘Ann from Cardholder Services.’ If you want to try, you could contact a class action lawyer. However, for the most part these small telespamming outfits are hard to sue and police, because as soon as they find themselves in trouble they just shut down and open under another name.

SUE FOR A PHONE CALL? get over it.. damn people

      • Mae says:

Get over it? Feel the pain of struggling (due to disability) to get to a phone to answer ‘numerous’ calls from ‘Ann’ – even though your number has been on the national do-not-call registry for a very long time – and then come back to say ‘get over it’. You get over it…insensitive person.
