  1. I purchased several bottles of Bayer Heart Advantage, but I only have one bottle to summit because all the others are thrown away. Is that sufficient to send in?

    ADMIN – Hi Larkie,

I am afraid to claim more than one bottle you need proof of purchase for each bottle you were claiming.

  2. When do refunds come?

    ADMIN – Hi Sharon,

Refunds typically come 2-3 months after the closing date on the settlement.

  3. I received a check for $24.00. It looks strange. How do I know if it is valid or some kind of scam?

    ADMIN – Hi Ira,

You can check with the administrator using the contact details above. But, it would seem unlikely to me that someone would send you a check as part of a scam – scammers tend to prefer to be on the receiving end of checks!

    • My best guess is that they got it thru your local pharmacy. Correct me if Im wrong, but Im betting you have a local pharmacy and you have prescriptions done over there every month right? There you go!

  4. My mother received a check #34087,in the mail for the amount $48.00, claim #:2294594, Dated 01/20/2014, drawn on the Huntington National Bank, P.O. box 1558 Columbus, OH 43216 25-2/440. Question? is this a legitimate claim, and can it be cashed without any further contact from this Coompany?

    ADMIN – Hi Jeffrey,

Yes that sounds like a legitimate claim check, and she can indeed cash it like any regular check. She does not need to contact Bayer or the claims administrator.

    • i only got $12bux in check form from the same bank. It looks legit and Im going to deposit it a.s.a.p. cuz I think these things expire. Im so glad I opened that postcard, I was gonna throw it in the trash! LOL! I already missed out on a $25dollar debit card refund from AT&T last year because it expired! (I didnt open it right away) Oh well, just go’s to show that you gotta open up all your mail.

  5. I received a check in the mail too. When you use the store shopping cards, you sign up using you address and phone number.

  6. Can the cheque be reissued?

    ADMIN – Hi Chez,

You can usually get a check reissued by contacting the class action administrator.
