how do we know if it was their company that called us? i get so many calls on my cellphone that i just dont even let them speak, i just yell “I’M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!” and hang up, lol! but seriously, these calls are driving me insane. i get about 10-15 a DAY. And im on very limited call time, and if i answered every single call… even for 10 secs to say “dont call me anymore”… id have NO phone time left to actually talk to my family! they take a min off each time i have to do that to make it stop for the day. this is crazy. what was the point of Do not call registry if they dont care and call anyway?

    • d guzman says:

Exactly, we have the same problem…. can no longer use our phone for what we’re paying for. That’s why I filled at the claim form too.

    • Brandy says:

Was there an answer to the above questions?
As we receive so many, how can we look up if our number was called? How do we know if it was from the specific company named above?

      ADMIN – Hi Brandy,

Some settlements offer verification feature others don’t your best bet is to contact the admin.

  2. Kelly says:

Is there a way to check your phone number? I get so many scam calls every day from all different companies I want to know if I qualify

    ADMIN – Hi Kelly,

You could potentially send a letter to the class action admin.

  3. Russ McMulen says:

Received call on land line – 843-280-6942

    ADMIN – Hi Russ,

Are you planning on filing a claim.

  4. Denise says:

I do not know who the phone calls come from , how can I find out if I am eligible? Can I file a claim and then they will let me know?

    ADMIN – Hi Denise,

We normally know who the calls come from because the caller identifies him or herself. If you file a claim and you are not a class member you would be signing a document under potential perjury.
