This settlement is a joke. Many people had to spend the night in a hotel and now they just get $30.

If you can show evidence that you had expenses the terms of the settlement indicate that you will receive more.

  4. Donna Norfleet says:

Check website on a weekly basis, no new information posted. When will final settlement checks be disbursed to those affected?

    ADMIN – Hi Donna,

We don’t know. When we do we will post it.
