You are included in the settlement as a Settlement Class Member if you purchased or leased a new 2014 Infiniti Q50 (the “Class Vehicles”), for end use and not for resale, from an Infiniti dealer in the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and/or any other recognized territory and protectorate of the United States.

Case Summary

In the Litigation, the Plaintiffs allege that the InTouch system has failed to perform as advertised and represented by Nissan North America, Inc. and that it has not met their expectations or the expectations of other consumers. Plaintiffs agree that the InTouch System does not need to be repaired under any applicable warranty. Nissan denies and continues to deny all of the claims made in the Litigation.

    William R. Eason, Jr I brought a 2014 q 50 from Charles Barker Infiniti Va. Beach Va. I keep the car for 2 years and 6 mons. I had a lot of problems with it so I traded it 14 mons ago, am I still entitled to the settlement ? I don’t have the car now so how can I file a claim with no ID number

    Has any of the owners received their checks in the mail yet. I am entitled to $85.00 and have not received anything as yet, and it’s May 15, 2018. I have sent emails to the Settlement Administrator with this question , but I have not received a reply.

    I don’t understand no comments at all regarding payment to owners as this lawsuit has been settled quite some time ago. I have sent a letter with all my information asking question regarding payment . But, have not even received a reply. I am asking ADMIN help as to my next step.

    ADMIN – Hi John,

    This was handled by the District Court for the Central District of California under case Case No. 2:15-cv-01848 AB(MANx) but the documents clearly indicate not to contact the court.

    I just received a email from the class action administrator that the checks will start to be mailed out June 6, 2018.
