Class Eligibility

To be a member of the class you must have purchased one of the following “bedtime” products within the U.S., the District of Columbia or any U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands between July 1, 2010 and Aug. 31, 2016:

  • JOHNSON’S® BEDTIME® Baby Lotion
  • JOHNSON’S® BEDTIME® Baby Moisture Wash
  • JOHNSON’S® Baby BEDTIME® Washcloths
  • JOHNSON’S® BEDTIME® Baby Bubble Bath & Wash

The products involved in this settlement have been labeled (or advertised) as “clinically proven” to help a baby sleep better or to be used as part of a “bedtime” and/or “nighttime” routine.

Case Summary

According to the settlement the plaintiffs purchased the products and followed the “the 3-step nightly routine” recommended by Johnson & Johnson trying to make their children sleep better

The claims were false and not supported by research or medical evidence

The manufacturer denies the allegations but agrees to settle the class action lawsuits to avoid the cost and burden of ongoing litigation.

    My baby broke out from it and it doesn’t help her sleep but keep her up to start itching very misleading.

    The lavander scented bath routine during bath time did not prove to help sleep , it also caused his skin to become irritated.

    I have just about all of those products listed above in my home at this time. They were purchased during the time. This is inaccurate and there should be just as for those who were misled including myself and my family.

    I bought all of these products for my 1st grandbaby who was born last year. None of it helped her sleep better and she ended up getting a rash. We now refuse to use any of the Johnson products on my grandbaby. What they say it can do is false.
