I filed my claim form as soon as I received it, I believe in September or October 2016 I have yet to receive the settlement I choose of $35.00. Please advise if further info is needed from me or tell me when I can expect my settlement check. Address: 34 Hemlock Terrace Ocala, FL. 34472 I see from other comments that I am not the only one awaiting a settlement check. Thankyou.

    ADMIN – Hi Lisa,

    Wait patiently. It will come

Can the claim be changed be changed from $35.00 to the $105.00 rebate voucher?

We can’t help you here. We are simply an informational website.

  9. Helen Jones says:

You will never believe this, but today, May 24. 2017, I went to a bank to cash my settlement check for $35.00. I went to the drive thru window and as I placed the check in the box, the wind caught it and blew it away. Here in Idaho the wind is blowing 50 MPH. Can you place a stop payment on that check and issue me a new one?
The river is just below the bank and we think that is where it landed. Believe it or not, this is true and the banker well attest to it if necessary.

    ADMIN – Hi Helen,

I don’t issue checks. The class action admin does. Scroll up to find their info.

    • Helen Jones says:

does that mean you will cancel my comment?

      ADMIN – Hi Helen,

Yes I could potentially delete any comment I don’t feel is useful to other people.

  10. Helen Jones says:

How long before I receive a reply to my request?

    sorry

    ADMIN – Hi Helen,

Your question can be best addressed by the class action admin. Their info is posted above.

  11. Cheryl says:

Can’t get LG to pay 105- rebate

When I received the original postcard for the LG Class Action Settlement, I received a postcard in 2016
Settlement Benefits: (2) a washer rebate worth 105.00 , redeemable after you purchase a new washer from an authorized washer retailer.

I went to the website, filed a claim, and after getting rid of my nasty unit, I purchased a new LG machine. Now when I get the NEWEST LG rebate forms, they’re telling me my purchase must have been made after November 28, 2016 to collect the 105-. This is ludicrous since the original post card never specified any exclusion dates for the offer. I’ve tried contacting the administrator who keeps quoting the terms of the settlement agreement.

I’m just wondering how many other people were lured into purchasing a new LG washing machine based on the promise of receiving a 105- rebate; but now after purchasing one they can’t collect that rebate because the purchase was made prior to a date window that was never specified in the initial postcard sent by LG.

    ADMIN – Hi Cheryl,

I can see how this is frustrating but in reading the long notice to which you were referred via the postcard I do see references to date restrictions.

  12. Pia Hemeyer says:

I sent my receipts from the purchase of my washer and dryer. I could no longer wash with that machine as there was a baby in the house and feared for her health as it has mold in it. Now I get another letter saying they need serial # I have my receipt from Home Depot!!! This is not enough???

    ADMIN – Hi Pia,

Your receipt should include serial #. I know all of my appliance receipts include information about the appliance.

  13. Timmi says:

Frustrated. I have been trying to file my LG Rebate online. It won’t accept any document pdf. jpg or gif. I’ve tried to do it on three different devices and none of them will work. What’s wrong with the website? Anyone else have these issues?

    • Timmi says:

I’ve also sent emails to what I think is the adminstrator info@lgadministrator…. and no response. The links in the rebate website to contact are dead.

      ADMIN – Hi Timmi,

Once the links are dead it usually means that the class action administrator is no longer doing anything to resolve any issues related to the settlement. Try reaching out to class counsel.
