    ADMIN – Hi John,

It sounds like you were the victim of identity theft.

  2. Gregory Bullitt says:

Can you please send me a claim form to 333 Melrose Dr #32c Richardson TX 75080

    ADMIN – Hi Gregory,

I can’t. I am not the class action administrator.

  3. Shanica Hargis says:

After I took out a title pawn I was never late but they called my job and home a week before my payment was due as if I didn’t know when I had to pay.. after the loan was voided they harassed me for 2 years calling

    ADMIN – Hi Shanica,

This is not about harassment. This is about accessing information without your permission through tapping public records.

  4. Daffaine Shannon says:

Can you’ll tell me a little more of what is going on cause I need to see do I need to fill out some paperwork out and I don’t understand what title max did

    ADMIN – Hi Daffaine,

TitleMax accessed public records to obtain a potential customer list. If you were among those in that list you will or have received a postcard with a claim number.

  5. asim says:

  6. Andrew Hove says:

    ADMIN – Hi Andrew

    Public records

  7. Sylvia A. Stewart Johnson says:

    Is This For Texas ONLY?

    ADMIN – Hi Sylvia,

I don’t see a state exclusion on the class eligibility but based on the facts of the case I suspect most class members are in Texas.

  8. Lidia Brower says:

Lived in San Antonio. Purchased a title loan thru Title max. I should receive a claim # at some point I believe. I moved several times since then as well as out of state.

I will call class action admin. thanks

    ADMIN – Hi Lidia,

Please refer to the terms of the settlement. This is not about having had a loan. It is about securing leads in a way that is not legal.

  9. Michelle Brower says:

Please send me a claim form. I have moved several times since and had a title loan.

    2073 S. Quail Avenue
    Yuma AZ 85364

    ADMIN – Hi Michelle,

This is not for individuals that held a loan. It is for individuals whose records were pulled illegally for the purpose of marketing.

  10. ROBYN FRATTA says:

    Was this only in Texas?

    ADMIN – Hi Robyn,

The data was pulled from a Texas database but I don’t see anything on class eligibility that excludes other areas of the country.

  11. C. Stewart says:

We have NEVER used Title Max, nor will we ever use them. However for about a year we started receiving junk mail from them addressed to our home (state of Georgia). Is this included in the claims or is it restricted to Texas residents?

    ADMIN – Hi Mr. Stewart,

In looking at the class eligibility section I don’t see an exclusion by state. Where did you see that?

  12. C. Stewart says:

My apologies, I made this assumption from the “Case Summary” section where it states “…from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.”

I take it there is no exclusion? Thanks so much.
    Ms Stewart

    ADMIN – Hi Stewart,

It appears that way. I encourage you to file a claim if you believe you are a class member.

  13. stadadius hill says:

    Irrelevant for this settlement.

  14. Ana Carter says:

How can I confirm they have my new address. I completed my claim form and included my new address. Will that be sufficient?

    Thanks in Advance

    ADMIN – Hi Ana,

If your claim form has your new address that is what the admin will use to send your check. You can confirm by calling the admin.

  15. Teena Franklin says:

Title max is a rip off they give you the loans and then harass you to death. Ne.ver will use them again

    ADMIN – Hi Teena,

Thank you for taking the time to voice your opinion. Please review the terms of eligibility and file a claim if applicable
