  7. Judy says:

Does anyone know when they are paying out?

    ADMIN – Hi Judy,

    The FAQ reads as follows
The hearing to consider the fairness of the Settlement is scheduled for January 31, 2018. If the Court approves the Settlement, eligible Class Members whose claims were approved by the Settlement Administrator will receive their payment 28 days after the Settlement has been finally approved and/or after any appeals process is complete. The payment will be made in the form of a check, and all checks will expire and become void 90 days after they are issued.

I have not yet received reports of individuals receiving checks which leads me to believe that this remains under appeals.

  8. Larry Slutsky says:

Does anyone know when payment will actually be made.

Why would we no longer have recourse? I had no idea this had been paid. I received a postcard about it in the mail and filed online back in December. I’ve checked their website several times and it was never updated to say the payments were made. I just found this site by doing a search to find out why the payment was taking so long. I’m kinda bummed.

    ADMIN – Hi Jan,

In your prior comment you did not indicated that you had filed. Since you filed you can contact the class action administrator and inquire as to the status of your payment.
