The United States Department of Agriculture was accused of discriminating against female and Hispanic loan applicants between 1981 and 2000.

Estimated Amount: The settlement amount range up to $250,000 depending on the evidence submitted. The USDA is also providing debt relief to claimants that currently owe the USDA money on farm loans.
