Class Eligibility
Many people will be members of both classes because they both bought a We-Vibe® and downloaded the App. Other people will just be a member of one class because they bought a We-Vibe® but never downloaded the App, or they only downloaded the App and used it with their partner who purchased the We-Vibe®. The second group is called the App Class and includes anyone in the United States who downloaded the We-Connect™ application and used it to control any of the We-Vibe® products listed above before September 26, 2016. The first group is called the Purchaser Class and is for anyone in the United States who bought any of the following Bluetooth-enabled We-Vibe® vibrators before September 26, 2016: the We-Vibe® Classic, We-Vibe® 4 Plus, We-Vibe® 4 Plus App Only, Rave by We-Vibe™ and Nova by We-Vibe™ products.

    If I have the purchase on my online bank statement showing I purchased from a store where I live, will that be sufficient? Also, my wife and I both downloaded the app, are we entitled to a claim each?

    Contact the admin to check if your statement is sufficient as a proof of purchase. As far as you and your wife having a claim I think every person that downloaded the app needs to file separately.

      NOT ALL SERIAL NUMBERS ARE BLACK! The serial number on my pink we vibe is the same color as the unit. At first I didnt think it even had a serial number. Then I looked closer and there it was. You really gotta look to see it if it’s NOT BLACK.

    I have a question…..I bought my We-Vibe at Fredrick’s of Hollywood in New Orleans…..I didn’t keep the receipt. I did not download the app…..I have a bank statement showing my purchase in New Orleans…Would that be a receipt??? It’s the only thing we bought that day from the store. Also, I can call the store and ask for a copy maybe but, it’s been a long time….. Thanks a lot for the advice…..I see most of us didn’t keep our receipts….I still have the We-Vibe….maybe that should be our evidence, huh guys!!!! LOL

    The We-Vibe has a serial number. If you did not download the app your privacy was not compromised. The first class of the settlement is for privacy associated to the use of the app. The second class is just for purchasers but I doubt they will take just your credit card statement.

    I no longer have the We Vibe 4 Plus but purchased it a few months before Sept 2016. It broke outside of warranty.
    Both bf and I used the app.
    Im still looking for the reciept and am in touch with the store from which it was purchased.

    Oddly enough, I recently bought a We Vibe Nova and the We Vibe app still knows that I had a 4 Plus–it searches and tries to connect with the 4 Plus but finds the Nova instead. It gives me the option to switch between the two. It also has a bulletin about the settlement.

    Anyway…will the app work in a pinch to prove purchase? Can’t remember if I registered it not.

    I filed my claim online but there was nowhere to submit a copy of my receipt from my purchase. I also have my print out from the apple store showing the dates for the app. There was no instructions on the mail-in claim form. What should I do at this point? Should I keep the documents on hand until asked for them?
