Not only did Wells Fargo Bank Auto loan rep., call, they never sent me my pink slip of ownership, they told me it had been mailed out, to the address that I requested when I made my final payment, leaving me a negative balance. I still have not received my legal title of ownership.

Reach out to the class action administrator.

    ADMIN – Hi Sue,

This is a TCPA class action. It has nothing to do with the bank stealing anything.

  25. Penny says:

    ADMIN – Hi Penny,

I don’t think TCPA relates to email communication.

  26. mary R birch says:

I still havent heard back after a month that I filled out the paperwork what’s going on

    ADMIN – Hi Mary,

The timeline for a settlement is not based on when you file, rather it is based on the deadline plus potential appeals.
