Not only did Wells Fargo Bank Auto loan rep., call, they never sent me my pink slip of ownership, they told me it had been mailed out, to the address that I requested when I made my final payment, leaving me a negative balance. I still have not received my legal title of ownership.

Received 2 calls when I first bought my car in 2014. I ended up blocking the number because I knew I was not in collections especially since my car was brand new and the dealership made the first 3 payments and then I paid my first payment early- which showed I was up to date on my statement.

I received many calls, I believe but am unsure if I am eligible for this claim. Is there a way to provide you privately with my phone # and confirm I was a victim?

    ADMIN – Hi Shannon,

I can’t do a thing for you. Sorry

  22. Samantha Hoyle says:

Only $50 refund. How about giving me all the money back you stole from me. $50 is not enough to pay back. Wellsfargo should pay back every penny they took from all of their customers. This is crazy.

  23. Tonya L. Ryan says:

I am also receiving an error. Could you please add me to this?

    ADMIN – Hi Tonya,

Reach out to the class action administrator.

  24. Sue Jackson says:

$50 is all the customers are getting????????? How about they refund every dime they stole from their customers. what am I gonna do with $50????

    ADMIN – Hi Sue,

This is a TCPA class action. It has nothing to do with the bank stealing anything.

  25. Penny says:

    ADMIN – Hi Penny,

I don’t think TCPA relates to email communication.

  26. mary R birch says:

I still havent heard back after a month that I filled out the paperwork what’s going on

    ADMIN – Hi Mary,

The timeline for a settlement is not based on when you file, rather it is based on the deadline plus potential appeals.

  27. Mike says:

What if I can’t remember if I received a call about this?

    ADMIN – Hi Mike,

If you can’t remember you probably did not receive one.

  28. carol nems says:

I think I was contacted by them.
Please let me know where I can check my phone number.
    Thank you

    ADMIN – Hi Carol,

If you believe you were contacted by all means file a claim. This settlement does not have a list or verification tool to check your number.

  29. Johanna Leiva says:

I filed the claim online and received an error. Then I filed a claim and it came back in the mail as returned mail. I went ahead and re-mailed it, however, it now shows past the timely filing period and since I am in Ormond Beach, FL we were pre-occupied preparing for all of the hurricanes and the post office did not run for a few days. I would like to be included in the case.

    ADMIN – Hi Johana,

I don’t believe there is much you can do at this point. The period to file was quite long and you no longer have legal recourse.

  30. Jude r Gonzales says:

I jude r Gonzales have filed a claim and not heard anything about the case would like a response on the matter thank you very much

    ADMIN – Hi Jude,

We can’t help you. We are like the newspaper of class actions and not the organization in charge of handling claims.

  31. Jude r Gonzales says:

I would like a response on my claim#WSL-11579471201-75191

    ADMIN – Hi Jude,

We can’t give you a response. We are not the class action admins. You need to reach out to the class action administrator to get specifics about your claim.

  32. Karin B says:

I received my claim but it would not let me file even before the sept deadline we are 4 family members and none of us were able to file completed as it stated our claim was incomplete ???, I don’t understand that … it sucks cause we tried to get a hold of someone and nothing … this is not fair … Karin B

    ADMIN – Hi Karin,

I am sorry. Why are you complaining after the fact instead of contacting the admin immediately after you had issues?

  33. Quatina Goodson says:

Will we ever know the outcome

    ADMIN – Hi Quatina,

The final approval hearing was on the first days of November. Please give the class action admin at least a few more days to post an update.

  34. Doyle Geary says:

The time on this lawsuit is ridiculous you know you have a month to file so what’s the deal with the lawyers is who’s making all the damn money it’s pathetic. I didn’t mail my claim form in before the September deadline so I’m not included but they’ve called me like crazy Bs

    ADMIN – Hi Doyle,

The timeline of cases is intended to allow for appeals. Also keep in mind we are short on judges. The current president is failing to nominate quick enough to fill vacancies.

  35. Erwin Michael says:

I completed the Claim Form Receipt on 6/24/17. The case was settled. It is now 12/4/17. Almost 6 months later and still waiting for my payment.

    ADMIN – Hi Erwin,

You can always reach out to the class action administrator to check on the status of your claim.

  36. Clement says:

Any word on the Final Approval hearing as yet.its been over a month

    ADMIN – Hi Clement,

    Nothing yet

  37. C.N.Watson says:

Are these the only claims that were listed by the plaintiff and counsel? I filed a timely claim twice listing both numbers Wells contacted me. If I know one thing, it”s law, I will not say publicly what the next actions would be for someone, but I do want to see the list of each claimant, and I would like what I am rightfully owed thanks

    ADMIN – Hi C. N. Watson,

You can always ask the class action administrator to point you to the public records that capture each individual claim.

  38. Elena B Hicks says:

HI I file my claim but I haven’t rec’d anything. just want to know when to expect what’s old too me.

    ADMIN – Hi Helena,

I don’t see any updates on the official page.

    • Annoymous says:

We just received our checks today. $40.72 each. I saw on another site other people received their checks in the last few days. Theirs were ranging $20-40. Hope that helps.

  39. Annoymous says:

Husband and I received our settlement checks today. $40.72 each.

    ADMIN – Hi Ashley,

    Thanks for reporting.

  40. Big Spender says:

    I guess I got jipped…. I got a check for $20.36. Wowzers.

    ADMIN – Hi Mr. Little,

I am sorry your share was so little.

  41. Niss says:

I received a check for $20.36. It the the total settlement amount and can that check be cashed? It is not your average size check.

    ADMIN – Hi Niss,

You should be able to deposit your check. I have no idea what the average size for a check is but the size of a check is irrelevant. It is what is written on it that counts.

  42. Barbara G Boyd says:

    ADMIN- Hi ms Boyd
MY Husband received a check but I did not receive one and my husband is deceased

    ADMIN – Hi Barbara,

Reach out to the class action administrator and ask for the check to be replaced. They will ask you to prove that your husband has passed away and you are entitled to his estate.

  43. Erica Wagenblast says:

I received my check on Saturday February 10th for the amount of $40.72 its going right back to them to help with my last payment on my car why not it’s free money that I don’t have to give them out of my pocket

    ADMIN – Hi Erica,

    Sounds like a good plan!

  44. Belinda Roupe says:

My husband rec’vd a check for 20.36 and I was ok with that but now seeing ppl got more that’s sad…why do different ppl get different amounts. I forgot about this settlement and was skeptical about cashing the check but now I see what it’s all about.

  45. Tee says:

I didn’t receive anything and the number for the settlement administrator doesn’t have a live person to speak to. Is there a email or address for them?

    ADMIN – Hi Tee,

Try the main email for the class action administration company

  46. Kim Wyatt says:

I’m still receiving calls at 5:00am in the morning and I’m on California, I was also mailed a check but it wasn’t delivered., I need to speak to someone in regards

    ADMIN – Hi Kim,

Reach out to the class action administrator regarding your missing check.

  47. Eric says:

I got my check for $20.36. Is the actual check the little post card? I know on the top it says this is a check but on the bottom it says Tear here to redeem your check. Do I have to take it in somewhere to redeem an actual check? Thanks.

    ADMIN – Hi Eric,

You take it to the bank.

  48. says:

I received first check for $44 second check was $4.65. I’ll take that. Take what you can get from these thieves

    ADMIN – Hi RLH,

In this instance, considering the nature of the violation (TCPA) it sounds fair.

  49. Darrell Drennan says:

My check was returned as non paid and my bank charged me a charge back fee. NOT HAPPY!!!

    ADMIN – Hi Darell,

Reach out to the class action administrator.

  50. Oprah Black says:

Hello, My name is Oprah Black. I received a check in the amount of 20.36 from this settlement. I see according to what the settlement said above is that each consumer is supposed to receive $50 dollars so why is it that I only received $20.36 and on top of that I can’t cash the check nor deposit it in my account. It’s says that it is a legitimate check but it doesn’t look legitimate at all. So I need who ever is in charge to address my issue asap! Thank you.

    ADMIN – Hi Oprah,

Most settlements have an estimated amount based on a percentage of the affected group submitting claims. If the number is higher the amount that each member receives is diminished. If you scroll up you can find the contact for the class action administrator. They will be able to help you figure out how to cash your check.

  51. Jesus P Lopez says:

Yes I reseive some times calls fron wells fargo

    ADMIN – Hi Jesus,

That is the idea of this settlement

  52. Mena Yang says:

I’ve received a letter from the
Luster v. Wells Dealer Services, Inc
As soon as I received that form I filled out and filed it out the next morning by mail.. Haven’t heard anything at all ever since… I mailed and filed it out and for my part of claim and mailed out on July, 19 2017 and so waited patiently til this year 2018!! I still have not received or heard anything at all by phone or email or by texts messages and or anything else yet.. I’m not happy or saddestfy with whatever you guys decide or whatsoever…. I just lost my little baby daughter on January 25, 2018 of this year and was hoping and wondering why or where the heck is my SETTLEMENT AT!…. So I reinform and sent out a EMAILED to CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR AND OR TO LUSTER WELLS FARGO TCPA.

I’ve have did everything that was on the form…

    ADMIN – Hi Mena,

Sorry about your loss. The best thing to do with class action settlements is to contact the class action administrator regularly to check on the status of the claim.

  53. Mena Yang says:

A settlement is supposed to be $150,000 to at least $4.5 million for each and every single one of us!… So U Guy did the job and fight for our case people are only getting a settlement check for only $20 dollars and 47 cent that’s one of a big rip off for all of us People… We are all here in major Debs and not even getting one penny at all… The Settlement is worth couple millions of dollars for us People that are receiving those automate phone calls from Wells Fargo Pre-recorded Voice and also By Email and Letters… You guys are not the one that are receiving those automate phone voice calls..!… ( WE ARE ) SO AND AS TO REINFORM THIS NOT FAIR FOR US PEOPLE THAT ARE GOING THROUGH THAT HEASRH BIG HEADACHE…

    ADMIN – Hi Mena,

You could always exclude yourself and go after Wells Fargo yourself.

  54. Jimmie Davis says:

I am trying to better understand the settlement of this lawsuit so that I will know which way to get answers to questions I still have. Would this settlement be based on the fact that Wells-Fargo used an automated system to contact us only or does this settlement include those who lost their vehicle due to fraudulent claims, costs and willful neglect and falsification of documents and facts also?

    ADMIN – Hi Jimmie,

This settlement exclusively addresses Wells Fargo contacting you using automated dialers without your express authorization.
