The Settlement provides relief for all Class Members, who are described as all users or subscribers to a wireless or cellular telephone service within the United States who used or subscribed to a phone number to which Wells Fargo Dealer Services made or initiated any collection Call during the Class Period (i.e., from April 1, 2011 to March 30, 2016), in connection with an automobile retail installment sales contract, using any automated dialing technology or artificial or prerecorded voice technology, according to Wells Fargo’s available records.

    Not only did Wells Fargo Bank Auto loan rep., call, they never sent me my pink slip of ownership, they told me it had been mailed out, to the address that I requested when I made my final payment, leaving me a negative balance. I still have not received my legal title of ownership.

    Received 2 calls when I first bought my car in 2014. I ended up blocking the number because I knew I was not in collections especially since my car was brand new and the dealership made the first 3 payments and then I paid my first payment early- which showed I was up to date on my statement.

    I filed the claim online and received an error. Then I filed a claim and it came back in the mail as returned mail. I went ahead and re-mailed it, however, it now shows past the timely filing period and since I am in Ormond Beach, FL we were pre-occupied preparing for all of the hurricanes and the post office did not run for a few days. I would like to be included in the case.

    I don’t believe there is much you can do at this point. The period to file was quite long and you no longer have legal recourse.

    I received my claim but it would not let me file even before the sept deadline we are 4 family members and none of us were able to file completed as it stated our claim was incomplete ???, I don’t understand that … it sucks cause we tried to get a hold of someone and nothing … this is not fair … Karin B
