Fred Meyer in Alaska, Battery Class Action Settlement

Class Eligibility

You are a member of the settlement if you purchased a battery from an Alaska Fred Meyer store during the period of December 13, 2014 to January 31, 2017 and were charged a core fee for failing to return a used battery during your purchase.

Estimated Amount

Consumers who purchased an ATV/Motorcycle Battery will be paid $10.
Consumers who purchased a Garden Battery will be paid $16.
Consumers who purchased an Auto and Marine Battery will be paid $30.

Proof of Purchase

Only need proof if your battery purchase is not under your Fred Meyer Rewards Card or you do not have a reward card, but you purchased an eligible battery from a Fred Meyer stores in Alaska during the class period. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, canceled check, or credit card statement.
