Claim Form: Acer Netbook Claim Form
Case Name: Wolph v. Acer America Corp., No. 3:09cv1314
Case Summary:

The plaintiffs allege that Acer netbooks were defective because they contained 1 GB or less of ram shared between the system and the graphics. This made the system prone to freezing, crashing, lock-ups, and generally crappy performance. The court did not decide the case, because the parties agreed to this settlement.
