Class Eligibility:

The settlement covers people who received a a pre-recorded message, or a call made to a cell phone using an automatic dialer that was attempting to sell ADT Security products or services.

Estimated Amount: Estimated at between $50 and $100. The amount you will receive depends on the number of claimants that split the $15 million settlement claim pool. The maximum amount that you may receive is capped at $500.

You are required to provide the phone number that received the robocall.
