You are a Class Member if you are a person who called one or more of AeroMéxico’s toll-free telephone numbers during the period from June 22, 2016 through July 6, 2017, inclusive (the “Class Period”) while you were physically located in California and spoke with a representative.

This class action case (“the Action”) alleges that Aerovias de Mexico, S.A de C.V. and Grupo AeroMéxico S.A.B. de C.V. (“AeroMéxico” or “Defendants”) violated California laws that prohibit the recording of telephone calls without notice to or consent of callers. The case covers calls made by persons who, while residing or located in California, placed a call to one of Defendants’ toll-free telephone numbers at any time during the period from and including June 22, 2016 through July 6, 2017, inclusive, and spoke with a representative.
