Allstate Insurance Class Action Settlement (Montana Only)

Class Eligibility

Members of the class are individuals who submitted a claim for bodily injury claim to Allstate (or an affiliated company) due to a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Montana or involved an Allstate policy issued in Montana.

Class Members also include those individuals who had their class settled and paid for by Allstate for less than the applicable policy limits during the period July 1, 1995 to June 15, 2015.

In addition, Allstate Class Members must not have hired a lawyer to help settle their bodily injury claim and they must not have been a Class Member in either Tyler Dempsey, et al. v. Allstate Insurance Company, Butte County, Montana, Case No. CV-03066-BU-SEII or Alberto Cazares, et al. v. Allstate Ins. Co., et al., Miller County, Arkansas, Case No. CV-2009-72-3.
