Class Eligibility

To be a member of the class you must be an Arkansas resident who who paid Alltel’s early termination fee from Feb. 15, 2001 through Nov. 10, 2014. Alltel’s employees, officers, directors and agents are excluded from the class action settlement.

    Hey my name is Stephanie I had the same issues with Alltel several years ago, but I don’t remember the number what is my next option.

    You can try contacting the provider and have them see if they still have records for your prior accounts based on social security # They can then provide you with your old telephone #.

    I had altel in Arkansas and Illinois now AT&T bought them out

    Had it happen in Missouri. They also contacted my credit report to report negative information until I threatened them with the FCC.
