Arby’s Data Breach Class Action Settlement

Class Eligibility

You are a member of the settlement if you live in the U.S. and used a debit or credit card to make a purchase at a qualifying Arby’s restaurant during October 8, 2016 and January 12, 2017. The list for qualifying Arby’s restaurant locations can be found on https://www.arbyssettlement.com/.

Estimated Amount

Up to $5,000 for class members who experienced fraudulent charges after using their card at an affected Arby’s location. Qualifying class members may also receive compensation for time spent fixing the impacts resulting from the data breach. Compensation is available for two hours of undocumented time spent, or up to five hours of documented time spent, calculated at the rate of $15 per hour.

Proof of Purchase

Yes, class members must either have a purchase receipt, credit card statement, or a bank statement from a purchase made at an affected Arby’s restaurant.
