You are a member of the settlement if you purchased Atkins Nutritionals products that contained any sugar alcohol or polyol during January 1, 2013 to the present for purchases in California, Missouri, and New York and from January 1, 2014 to the present for purchases made in any other state.

    I still a member of Atkins.com but stopped purchasing their protein shakes as they did have way too much sugar in them. I now use Isopure Protein Shakes but I do not have my Walmart Credit Card anymore as proof of purchases.
