What is status of my clsim number p252550?
ADMIN – Hi Ronald,
We are not the admin thus we are unable to check on your claim. Please contact the admin using the information we provided.
I am Maxine Frank and I was included in a class action law suit for overdraft: they were taking money out of my account, and I was sent a card stating I was included in the law suit, and that I didn’t have to do anything. When the case was settled, they would just send me a check, and I haven’t heard anything and haven’t seen anything.
Hi Maxine,
I’m afraid you’ll have to contact the Claims Administrator directly for any updates. We are only a class action newspaper, not the settlement administrator of this lawsuit. Please see the “Contact” details above. Best of luck.

Please respond

I have never heard back from you since I sent in my paperwork. What is my status? My claim # is PO51342. I called the number to the claims administrator but only got a recorded message.
ADMIN – Hi Ronald,
You need to contact the class action administrator directly.
I am concerned about this situation. I have joined two Class action lawsuits dealing with my stock investment in BAC. The oldest sent me about 10% of my claim in June 2015 but I’ve heard little since. I wrote to them a little after 1 year and got a postcard response telling little. The I signed up with the Heffer group which I assumed to be another class lawsuit on simular grounds I got confirmation of my participation but nothing else from them. Have the lawyers taken the money and run? I’m concern and I would like to put this troubling matter behind me.
ADMIN – Hi Theodore,

When will assets be distributed? Has a date be determined?
ADMIN – Hi Captain,
I don’t have any new info.
I received a DEFICIENT letter today. What kind of documentation for the common stock is needed ?
ADMIN – Hi Martin,
Contact the class action admin directly with your question.
Your asking me for documentation for the common stock at the close on trading on February 26, 2009, I did not own any of BOA stock on that day or before. You are also asking me for documentation for the close on October 19, 2010 and January 17, 2011. I thought the holding period ended on October 19, 2010. What kind of documentation do you require ?? “Transaction Confirmation” with the bought date and my account numbers ?
ADMIN – Hi Martin,
We are not asking for a thing! This page simply publishes info about class actions. To escalate your concern you need to write to the class action administrator directly. You can find their info by scrolling up.
I received a rejection letter today stating I did not purchase any BAC common stock during the class period. That is true, but I did own 900 shares of BAC at the start of the class period, and at the end of the class period. I was also asked to provide that information, which I did. SO, WHY DOES THE FUND NOT PAY A CLAIM FOR HOLDINGS ALREADY OWNED AT THE START OF THE CLASS PERIOD? And, IF THE Settlement does not pay claims for beginning and ending holdings duriing the class period, they WHY DO THE ASK FOR THAT INFORMATION ???
ADMIN – Hi Daryll,
You are telling me that at the beginning of the class period you already had stock. The class eligibility reads as follows:
You are a class member if you purchased or acquired either BoA’s common stock or Common Equivalent Securities during the Class Period of February 27, 2009 through October 19, 2010, and who suffered damages as a result.
When will the Administrator make a determination as to how much each eligible Claimant will receive? When will the settlement funds be distributed?
ADMIN – Hi Robert,

Claim P047249
Sir:
I have received your letter of Nov 28, 2017. There must be an error in your review of my claim as the shares listed were indeed purchased during the claim period. Please recheck and verify that the claim was correctly submitted.
Sincerely,
ADMIN – Hi Mr. Small,
We are not the class action administrator. We are simply a newspaper-like publication that lists the most relevant settlements. Please contact the admin using the info provided above.
Contacting the claims administrator is useless. They do not take or return phone calls or reply to emails, and do not provide any recent info on their case website. This is extremely frustrating and unbecoming of the legal profession as they are not fully providing the service they are very well paid to do. Does anyone have a clue as to this case’s current status? We all got burned by owning this stock back then, and are getting burned again by this claims administrator’s stonewalling. Please advise.
ADMIN – Hi William,
Try contacting class counsel to voice your complain about the admin.
to Edward J. Radetich,Jr.
Please update the status of the claim filed in November 2016 concerning case 11-CV-00733-WHP. It was my understanding that a settlement was completed and that the claimants would be subsequently notified once the proof of claims were submitted in November 2016. I have not yet been contacted to date.
Thanks in advance for your response.
Pete
ADMIN – Hi Pete,
We are not the class action administrators. We are simply an informational website that features the most relevant class action settlements. To obtain specifics on your claim you must contact the admin directly. Contact information is provided on the settlement page.
I purchased stock during the stipulated time period-but how do you show that you suffered a loss? I received a letter of entire rejection of claim yet I purchased 105 shares of BoA on March 19, 2009 which seems to qualify.
Thank u.
ADMIN – Hi Lorraine,
I believe you had to hold the stock for a certain period of time.
Hello, I received a rejection of my claim letter today based on eligibility requirements. But I went to my brokerage website and confirmed that I did purchase shares of BAC in November, 2009 and sold them in June 0f 2010.
The eligibility requirement only states when shares of BAC stock should have been purchased and it doesn’t say anything about for how long they should have been kept. Since my stock purchased date falls within the Class Period – why was my claim denied?
Thank you
ADMIN – Hi Lolita,
Your question can be best answered by the class action administrator. Please keep in mind we are a purely informational website.
Was told to go to this website, update physical address. I was told that this was in regard to a check numbered 513047 (in the amount of $30.70). Also given another number which may be a claim number (2656633). My name is Kay Vaughan, current address is 10092 Pine Lakes Blvd., North Fort Myers, FL 33903 (previous address was 405 Meadowcrest Circle, Franklin, TN. My telephone #561-310-6217.
ADMIN – Hi Kay,
I don’t think you were sent to our website. Head to the official website using the link we provide and update your info.
That is not even a claim number for this lawsuit.
What is the settlement worth for each individual of class action?
ADMIN – Hi A,
We don’t have that information.
Boa has charged my account $35.00 repeatedly for over draft charges that should not have been it’s their negativity and will not refund my money my account is in over draft status.
Cheryl Renwick
ADMIN – Hi Cheryl,
I hope you realize this settlement has nothing to do with overdraft fees. Please take a moment to review class eligibility.
I have an update (june 2018). They are just completing the audits so it will be a few more months before the funds will be distributed.
ADMIN – Hi Mark,
Thank you for the update.
Does that include individuals who purchased a home mortgage from them.
ADMIN – Hi Mendoza,
Securities are an asset. A mortgage is a liability.
any more info about actual payout date yet
ADMIN – Hi Godfrey,
No updates to date.
i believe the checks were posted a few days to claimants
Has anyone received the checks yet?
Don’t you people look at the wesite setup for this??? No you don’t or you would know that the checks have NOT been written. But it is getting close. Need motion for approval to pay and then wait 30 days then checks written.
My Claim #P061248. What is the payment amount for this claim? How do I get an approval for payment?
ADMIN – Hi Joanna,
The best way to obtain information about your claim is by contacting the class action administrator.
Checks should of been mailed this week. If anyone gets a check, let me know. Thanks.
checks are not posted yet Mark TB
there is one claimant put a motion to accept his late claims. If the judge okays then all late claimants will be accepted. all fees and expenses were already paid 45 days ago including the administrator’s fees
pl post any other info you guys have…
the fees for the lawyers and administrator’s were paid on 9th nov 2018. one claimant put a late claim motion. waiting for the judge ruling.
I emailed since nobody responded and they got right back to me and let me know that a claimant has appealed the judge’s decision to reject late claims, so they are at a standstill for close. They do not know how long this will last.
I read the late claim. It would amount to an immaterial change to everyone’s check. On the average payment of $722, it would amount to about a nickel. I personally hope the judge throws their claim out. They were SEVEN months late!!! Their claim would amount to a check for $178,000 if allowed
hi mark where did you read this late claim details. could you please let us know thanks
