We received a check yesterday in the amount of 890.08. Is this a real check or a scam, I am hearing two different answeres.

    ADMIN – Hi Janice,

I can’t see the check to help you determine if it is real or not. Take it to your bank and have them check if the check is real.

I received a check as well they were to send me another one cause I couldn’t cash the first one so they said they sent me another one and it was returned to them. My address was correct guess mailman put in the wrong mailbox. They were to send out another bunch on June 5,2018 but I have not received it yet I called and they said the check was pending. I was told it could be a few weeks. I don’t know if we will get paid or not it the way it is looking. It’s been 8 months being approved. Then the checks we got were no good. ???

I have been corresponding with the class counsel, Carney Bates & Pulliam, PLLC, since this morning. If you want to get better answers, email them at: Make sure to indicate you want a reply back and include your name. IF you have a confirmation number, include that as well. I postal mailed my form in. SO they are having a harder time trying to find out why I haven’t been mailed a check. Good luck.

  12. Cody Love says:
