  1. Nathaniel Carder says:

There were a few times I did not receive overtime when I was supposed to.
    Or my 10 minute break.

    ADMIN – Hi Nathaniel

It sounds like you are a class member.

  2. Cedric L Williams says:

    Need my money

    ADMIN – Hi Cedric,

If you are a member of the class consider filing a claim.

  3. Robert Godinho says:

Everytime I asked for a break I was told that only applies to full time employees. Well I was working 32hrs a week and would clock out a quarter after an 8 hr day and never compensated over time.

    ADMIN – Hi Robert,

    That sounds terrible.

  4. Patricia Y Montagne says:

Every time I would ask for a break whenever I would work a short day, only six hours, I was denied. I work two jobs, my jobs that I work, I am entitled to a fifteen minute break.

  5. Ex Bebe employee says:

I got my money from the settlement haha those girls I used to work with at BEBE were horrible. Ha ha who has the last laugh now. Thanks for the check losers

  6. Jessica says:

What if you didn’t work at a California location but received a notice for the case? And a claim ID?

    ADMIN – HI Jessica,
