Big Ten Property Management Iowa Tenants Class Action Settlements

You are a Class Member of this settlement and you may be entitled to compensation.If you were a tenant of Tracy Barkalow in Iowa City through his entities TSB Holdings or Big Ten Property Management for the 2010-2011 or 2011-12 lease terms.

Up to $130

Under the terms of the Iowa tenants settlement, Class Members will be entitled to receive $65 per year they were tenants during lease years 2010-2011 or 2011-2012. Class Members who were tenants during both lease years will be eligible to receive $130.

If there are more than 160 eligible claimants, the payments to tenants will be reduced to allow for equal distribution across all class members
