Case Name: Delarosa v. Boiron, Inc.,
Case Number 8:10-cv-1569-BRO-CW
Case Summary:

Borion is a maker of homeopathic remedies which means that they are a corporate magnet for class action lawsuits! The plaintiffs allege that Boiron falsely advertised it’s Coldcalm product as being able to provide symptomatic relief to children suffering from the cold virus in violation of California laws. The case was settled before it went to trial.

We have some sympathy for makers of homeopathic products. For someone to sue them when their product is all-but labelled ‘placebo’ strikes us as a little unfair.
