I put a claim in and never heard anything
That’s because the filing deadline hasn’t arrived yet. It may take several months or longer to receive because you have to wait for everyone that is eligible to file first and give them time to process once all of the claims are in.
Capital one charged me too many fees that I did not authorize
They never responded to my calls
I orginally got a K mart card years back and capital one took it over against my knowledge or consent, I was to have 0% interest but after took it over only Kmart purchases would be 0%, that doesn’t hold true any more so I don’t use it for Kmart purchases any more, I use a card with rewards back.
I originallly had a Kmart card capital took over the card against my will or knowledge, I was to have 0% interest, they would allow only Kmart purchases for 0%, no longer in effect, So I don’t use that card for Kmart purchases I use another cards and get rewards back.
They didn’t deliver
Capital One never resolved the questions that I had in regards to having a credit card with them and all of the benefits I was supposed to have. Eventually cancelled my card with them.
I have been a capitol one member for 7 years now and have accrued several unauthorized charges.
Capital One offered me 0%APR for 12 months and then changed the APR during the 12 months period.
I called several times. I did what they asked me. I got the post card, requested the paperwork. And nothing from them
