Class Eligibility
You are a member of the class if you are a U.S. residents who, at any time between Mar. 6, 2013 and Mar. 9, 2015, made a debit card purchase at any physical Catalina Express ticket counter and were given a printed receipt that included the expiration date of that credit or debit card.Catalina Express ticket counters are located in the following California cities: Avalon, Dana Point, Long Beach, San Pedro and Two Harbors.
