  7. Logan R Farrell says:

Good evening, I filed my claims directly online before the March 6,2017 deadline and have yet received compensation for fees and losses. From my understanding, the debit card settlement was to be resolved April 10,2017. As of now I am still waiting for compensation through the mail. Today is may 17, 2017, it’s been nearly 3 months now and still no pay-out. How long does this sort of thing usually take. I have a claims number and bar code from when I completed the claims process online. Please respond!!!

    ADMIN – Hi Logan,

Many settlements take years to be paid. It is best that you reach out to the class action administrator to check on the status.

How is less than 500,000 even enought for what they have done. It was premeditated. That they new what they were doing and continued to do so..qe barley had anything after being locked up so long we convicted criminals trying to rehabilitate our selfs.and all they got was a fine…were serving time for committing crimes.only to get out to have our civil rights violated..and about 50,000 inmates are supose to divide less than 500,000 while the attorney gets 250,000 .well earn that $ then .

    ADMIN – Hi Dalana,

The settlement as well as the fees are reviewed by a court to ensure fairness.
