    ADMIN – Hi Aileen,

Listing your phones here results in no action. If you believe you are a member of the class consider filing a claim.

  5. Richard says:

Dear Admin, why do you bother responding to these stupid people? They deserve to stay ignorant and dumb, why bother helping them file the claim?

    ADMIN – Hi Richard.

Above all charity. But sometimes it does get rough.

  6. Chris Hargon says:

    what is a w 9 form

  9. Ana Lewis says:

I have filed a claim but I am NOT an Independent Contractor, I am an Employee. I can not submit a W-9. Please Advise???

    ADMIN – Hi Ana,

A W9 in this instance is intended for the settlement administrator to report the income that you make from your share.

  10. JSC says:

I just received a letter relaying I have to submit a W9 completed form.No other class action claim has requested that I complete this form, which requires that I provide my SS #. Not happening. Why is this settlement administrator requiring a W9, when no others have, for more of a payout.

    ADMIN – Hi JMS,

That is a common and legal practice.

    • Melinda says:

on IRS site it says only if the payout is more than $600

      ADMIN – Hi Melinda,

Perhaps your payment is going to be more than $600

  11. Georgia Garner says:

SENDING ME MY MONEY IAM NOT GOING TO SUBMIT A W9 FORM ARE MY SS# it is not legal

    ADMIN – Hi Georgia,

Requesting a W9 for a settlement is totally legal.

  12. Melinda says:

the W9 is BS! it is only required if its more than $600. This says the max payout is $101 so the W9 should not be required. I don’t know how many people are willing to give out their SSN for a payout of $100 or less.

    ADMIN – Hi Melinda,

When a lawsuit is related to anything that did not cause physical harm-discrimination of any kind, loss of income, or devaluation of an investment-the lawsuit settlement proceeds are taxable regardless of the amount.

  13. Michael Flanagan says:
