Case No. 2:15-cv-07728-PSG-PLA
District Court for the Central District of California

Case Summary

In the lawsuit, Plaintiffs contend that Chase violated California law, including the California Labor Code, by misclassifying certain Assistant Branch Managers as exempt, thus improperly denying them overtime compensation, meal and rest breaks, and failed to pay them all of these wages at time of termination. Did anyone else get a notice that the case was delayed and so were the checks being mailed out? I filed before the dead line and my paper work says checks should be mailed out in the next couple of weeks, but I heard it was delayed until December. Anyone else hear that?

I haven’t heard anything. How did you get a message?

        Wendi! I know you.😁
I called today and the rep told me the case was delayed until December with an anticipated payout sometime in February. This was after she told me dates for a totally different case.. so I’m not sure. I didn’t receive any notification otherwise..
