  4. Victoria D says:

Did anyone else get a notice that the case was delayed and so were the checks being mailed out? I filed before the dead line and my paper work says checks should be mailed out in the next couple of weeks, but I heard it was delayed until December. Anyone else hear that?

    • WENDi M WESTBROOK says:

I haven’t heard anything. How did you get a message?

      • Michelle B says:

        Wendi! I know you.😁
I called today and the rep told me the case was delayed until December with an anticipated payout sometime in February. This was after she told me dates for a totally different case.. so I’m not sure. I didn’t receive any notification otherwise..

  5. LM says:

When do you expect checks to be distributed?

    ADMIN – Hi LM,

I don’t know. Please contact the class action administrator.

  6. Lindsay says:

I believe the court date was pushed back til early this month, and settlement is usually received within 35 days. That’s providing it doesn’t get pushed back again…
