Case Summary

In the lawsuit, Plaintiffs contend that Chase violated California law, including the California Labor Code, by misclassifying certain Assistant Branch Managers as exempt, thus improperly denying them overtime compensation, meal and rest breaks, and failed to pay them all of these wages at time of termination.
