Class Members include persons or entities who, at any time from January 1, 2000, to September 26, 2006 (the “Class Period”), refinanced one or more mortgages on residential property in Connecticut and paid an amount more than the refinance rate for a lender’s title insurance policy issued by Chicago Title but could have qualified for the refinance rate
