After repeated repairs, our 1500 EconoDiesel is performing poorly, experiencing loss of power and appears to be beyond repair. This is not the high performance vehicle we purchased and is no longer reliable transportation. Is there a legitimate buy back program so that we can get rid of this vehicle?
Sorry to hear that, John. If you’re looking for a legitimate buy-back program, you’d best contact your dealership – or Chrysler Customer Service – directly. It is not in our purview – nor int the Settlement Administrator’s – to answer your queries. We are just a class actions newspaper. Good luck.
