Class Eligibility

This settlement includes all individuals in the U.S. who received a cell phone call from Citizens Bank (or from those calling on behalf of Citizens Bank) that was made using an alleged automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice during the Class period of Dec. 20, 2009 through July 31, 2015.

    The final approval hearing did not take place until January 27. At this point I don’t have any new information. When I do I will post it on our Facebook page which I encourage to follow so you can engage and converse about the newest class action settlements.
