Class Eligibility

This settlement includes all individuals in the U.S. who received a cell phone call from Citizens Bank (or from those calling on behalf of Citizens Bank) that was made using an alleged automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice during the Class period of Dec. 20, 2009 through July 31, 2015.
