Estimated Amount

Up to $10 per pair.
Consumers who provide proof of purchase can claim up to $50 per person or $100 per household.

Proof of Purchase

No. You can make a claim for one pair without proof of purchase.

You do need a proof of purchase to make a claim for multiple purchases. Acceptable proof includes a receipt, photo of the shoes, or a copy of a bank statement
