Class Eligibility

The Settlement includes everyone who purchased a Hair Dryer for personal, family or household use and not for resale either (a) in California from August 15, 2009 through August 31, 2016 and/or (b) in New York from August 15, 2010 through August 31, 2016. The Hair Dryers are Infiniti Pro 1875 watt model 259 or 279 hair dryers.

Case Summary

The lawsuit claims that the Hair Dryers sold by Conair had defectively designed heating coils and electrical cords which caused the Hair Dryers to fail, and sometimes injure consumers. Specifically, the lawsuit contends Conair violated California and New York laws by falsely advertising and/or selling a product with alleged defects.

    You also are required to return the dryer to Conair if you are eligible for replacement (depends on model)

    I turned in all required claim form and picture of electrical plug. I never received compensation.

    Sadly you are escalating this issue way too late. At this point the admin has closed shop and there are no additional avenues to resolve unpaid claims.
