You are a Class Member if you have a Michigan street address who subscribed to a Condé Nast Publication between July 20, 2009 and July 30, 2016 to be delivered to a Michigan street address.The following publications are included: Allure, Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, Brides, Condé Nast Traveler, Footwear News, Glamour, Golf Digest, Golf World, GQ, Lucky, Self, Teen Vogue, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Vogue, W, Wired, and Women’s Wear Daily.

Case Summary

This lawsuit claims that Defendant violated Michigan’s Preservation of Personal Privacy Act, M.C.L. § 445.1712 (“PPPA”) by disclosing information related to its customers’ magazine subscriptions to third parties. The Defendant denies it violated any law. The Court has not determined who is right. Rather, the Parties have agreed to settle the lawsuit to avoid the uncertainties and expenses associated with ongoing litigation.

    I received a notice in the mail for Michael Hitzelberger to my address on Mary Street in Richmond, MI. To my knowledge, no one of that name ever lived at this address. Please remove, or contact Mr. Hitzelberger to find out why he’s using my address. I have no desire to join this class action suit.

    I was sent a check from this establishment and it miss spelled my name was this on purpose, I did receive a notice last year and filled out the request and sent it back. I was unable to cash the check because my name was spelled Namette and not Nanette. Is this check a joke, everything ells was right address. zip code and only 4 days left for correction, called the number, did not work says contact Mon thu Fri, 9am to 5pm.can this be fixed or do I just throw it away and call it a waste of my time
