You may be a Class Member if you are a U.S. resident who purchased something using a credit or debit card from Creation, and your Personal Information was accessed and/or compromised by unauthorized individuals as part of the Security Incident.
The likely divulged information included names, email addresses, residential addresses, and payment information (inclusive of card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes).
