Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you have a Cuisinart food processor whose model number begins with any of the following: FP-9, CFP-11, DFP-7, DFP-11, DFP-14, DLC-5, DLC-7, DLC-8, DLC-10, DLC-XP, DLC-2007, DLC-2009, DLC-2011, DLC-2014, DLC-3011, DLC-3014, EV-7, EV-10, EV-11, EV-14, KFP-7 or MP-14. These models contain a riveted blade.
Estimated Amount
Up to $15 if you do not recieve your blade replacement by the qualifying deadline. Class members are eligible for a blade replacement and a three year warranty on the blade replacement.

I would rather have most of my money back because the blade is not working. I called in and still have not been sent a replacement blade, now I just want to be part of the class action. I have brought a whole new model that works great.
