After receiving a notice in the mail regarding the bothersome phone calls I received after registering at the “Do Not Call Registry SEVERAL times, I called the phone number on the notice to receive the detailed information AND a claim form. However, I only received 10 double-sideded pages with NO CLAIM FORM included.

I then went to the webside indicated on page 5 of the paperwork ( to locate a claim form but I couldn’t find one at none of the website choices given. So, I then called the number, 844/660-2226, on the 10-page paperwork and got the same recording I reached when I first called a couple weeks ago and then left the required information a second time today!! I feel like I am going in circles!!. Would to PLEASE mail me a CLAIM FORM ASAP?? Please send to Margaret Carbonaro, 428 N. Desert Stravenue, Tucson, AZ 85711. I would very much appreciate it after all the time I have been spending on this issue…aside from the tme spent on the bothersome phone calls received from Discover!!

This is bogus. Who keeps track of phone number from years ago (June 1, 2012 and July 31, 2015). You just get mad when you receive them and get rid of them. This is meant to limit claims and is for the lawyers.

    • SteveDgreed says:

I have been watching and waiting after I filed my claim form.
When do I get my share of the settlement?
Can someone provide a ballpark date?
      What are we waiting for?
Perhaps more people to claim, although I thought the deadline to file a claim has assed. I guess they want more people to claim so those that did do not get more than 25 bucks!

      ADMIN – Hi Steve,

Have you reached out to the class action administrator?

Don’t believe I received any check from this claim. How would I find out? Filed a claim on May 6, 2017. Tried the Davenport TCPA Settlement website but it couldn’t be found. Tried the website but could not find a claim icon. Thank you for looking into this matter.

    • Angelica (Admin) says:

Hi Stepehn, the Claims deadline expired 7/24/2017, and the settlement website has already been taken down. As we’re just a class action newspaper — not the Claims Administrator of this case — I’m afraid we have no further updates on this matter. As a last resort, however, we recommend that eligible claimants check the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (“NAUPA”) website via for updates on whether delayed/missed claimants can claim their funds — unless the Settlement Administrator already disbursed any unclaimed portion of the fund via charity donations. Best of luck.
