Class Eligibility

You are a member of the settlement if you lease or have leased, or own or have owned, property in the U.S. containing a Toilet Connector, or experienced property damage due to a Coupling Nut on a Toliet Connector failing.

Estimated Amount

$4 for each qualifying Toilet Connector, up to $20. Up to 30% of the Property Damage as a result of a failing Coupling Nut.

Case Summary

Interline is accused of importing, manufacturing, designing, distributing, and selling DuraPro Toliet Connectors with faulty plastic Coupling Nuts. The Plaintiffs claim that Interline knew of the faulty Coupling Nuts for years before the product was replaced and never provided proper instructions and warnings for the Coupling Nuts.

    I am currently renting a house that has these connections. The toilet has overflowed (not from putting anything in it) twice and caused significant damage to my personal property. Filed a claim with my renters insurance, they paid partial.
    I don’t have receipts for these connectors, as I am not the home owner. What type of proof is needed?
