ADMIN – Hi Mike,
This settlement is not one where you sign up. You are either on the list or you are not. the link allows you to update your address so they can mail your check.
I hope you are able to make them stop harassing people via phone
ADMIN – Hi Angela,

How do you find out if you actually are, or are not, on their list? I get these types of calls all the time but i dont know what their company names are. I save the phone numbers in my phone of all the scam calls i get. Is there a way to find out what phone numbers they’re calling from, so i can compare? I hate to go thru all the different scam call applications, only to find that they aren’t the ones who are calling me. That could take me hours and hours to do, for nothing, because it’s the wrong company.
ADMIN – Hi Becky,
You could try reaching out to the class action administrator
I need to know if I received these calls. I get robo calls multiple times a day. It’s reached a point I no longer answer my phone….which I pay almost $200 a month for 2 cell phones. If I don’t have your number in my contact …I don’t answer unknown numbers. It shouldn’t be like this
ADMIN – Hi Sandie,
Scroll up and look for the section titled contact. Reach out to check.
Kept calling my number when I was at work when I was sleep and when I’m eating and it really disturbs me
ADMIN – Hi Claudius,
Set your phone to do not disturb.
I have gotten several calls similar to these. I am trying to update my address, but it is requesting the class member Id, which I do not have? any suggestions?
ADMIN – Hi Pat,
That tells me you are not a member of the class. This is not about similar calls. It is about the defendant having your # included on the list.

ADMIN – Hi, Justine. Thank you for your message. However, there appears to be a misunderstanding. We (classactionrebates.com) are *not* the settlement/claims administrator of this case — we are only an online “newspaper” of various class action settlements involving various companies. Please check the settlement website for your Class Membership applicability, updates on the issue, and/or contact the Settlement Administrator directly, if you haven’t already done so. The details are stated above; just scroll up. Thank you, and best of luck.
I have gotten absolutely tons of these calls per day. Probably around 15-20 on average. In the 100s per week. They claim to want to “consolidate” my loans. It is all automated and has been since I got out of undergrad and since I’ve finished grad school.
I have received many of these calls. They got to the point of being harassing, even after I told them I did not have the fee they required to get rid of my loans. They still kept calling.
