I have bought the Emergen-C super orange at the end of last year from a Whole Foods near where I work.

  2. Arman Arutyunyan says:

I’d like to file a claim for the full ammount

  3. Chris Hale says:

I purchased Emergen-C during this time, mainly before my multiple flights for work. I would like to file a claim. Thank you.

  4. YouPeopleAreStupid says:

Arman Arutyunyan, you are stupid. You think you can simply comment, “I would like to file a claim.”, and expect to get a check in the mail?

Click on the link that says “Emergen-C Claim Form” and fill it out. Quit being a lazy dumb ass.

    • jeff says:

take it easy dude, alot of these people are slow and theyre not deliberately trying to upset you on purpose. Simply ignore the comment and move on. No need to get hostile, really. Its like your gramma asking you a question and you should be a little bit patient with these people. Have a nice day, ok.

    • Jen says:

I completely agree with you. How dumb can people possibly get?

  5. YouPeopleAreStupid says:

I also purchased Emergen-C during the time period. I would like to file a claim. Thank You

  6. MISS MISSY says:

Why is it asking me for at least one purchase record if they don’t need a proof of purchase? Is anyone else getting this message>

    • Deesha says:

Missy, if you continue reading it states “If you do not have Proof of Purchase, please enter the appropriate price(s) from the Price List in the space(s) provided to indicate the Total Price Paid.” Hope this helps!

    • John says:

You need to click the save button once you enter the information.

    • EMS says:

It’s because if you have a receipt, you will receive a larger settlement amount than if you don’t have a receipt.

      “$18 (without proof of purchase)

      $36 (with proof of purchase)”

  7. Cathy says:

I have purchased EmergenC on numerous occasions.

  8. T says:

TIP: If you use the online form, make sure you have *everything* ready before you begin (i.e., product info, dates, prices, store location info, jpg file of receipt and/or packaging, etc). Also, make sure you type very fast. If there’s even the slightest delay between entering information into the form fields, you’ll get a “Session Timed Out” error message – and will have to start the process all over again, from the beginning. It happened to me *4* times before finally accepting my info, and I was fairly quick about it each time.

I understand that session timeouts exist for security purposes, but I’ve never seen anything this aggressive before – and I’m a heavy internet user (online 10+ hrs/day for work). My online banking sessions last at least 2-3 times as long as this before timing out due to inactivity.

It seems very fishy; like it was purposely done to discourage participation.

Tried multiple times to access their website to file my claim, but it just says site doesn’t exist. How else can I get my claim form? I’ll mail it if necessary.

This class action settlement expired long ago and it is not longer available.

  16. John says:

Does anyone know what to do if the settlement check for Emergen-C has expired? It only allowed 60 days for deposit. I called the toll free number, but it is a recording.

    ADMIN-Hi John,
The Emergen-c checks have expired.Getting a replacement is pretty complex and time-intensive.
