Hi my name is Andre Russell and I have not received my settlement check and have been trying to call every phone number out here and have left messages with no return call. Please help.

    ADMIN – Hi Andre,

We are not in a position to help you. You need to reach out to the admin or class counsel. Also keep in mind this settlement is very old so you are unlikely to get anything resolved.

  5. david says:

It is unfortunate that this was not well advertised so that many of the people who were shorted had an opportunity to collect from their deceptive practices. I know my family has purchased many of these items on a regular basis. What is the point of the law suit when they don’t reach out to the people who were affected?
