Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you bought or leased new, in the U.S., any of the following vehicles equipped with a 9 Speed ZF 9HP Automatic Transmission models:
model-years 2014 and 2015 Jeep Cherokee; model-year 2015 Jeep Renegade; model-year 2015 Chrysler 200; and model-year 2015 ProMaster City
Estimated Amount
Up to a $2,000 or $4,000 voucher.
Fiat Chrysler also extended warranties on vehicles with 9 Speed ZF 9HP automatic transmission of Class Vehicles to 6 years or 100,000 miles.
Proof of Purchase
Yes. A claim form and at least three transmission complaints submitted before November 16, 2018.
