Being raised in an Italian home, I have used Filipio EVOO for over 40 years, & go through AT LEAST a bottle every month to month & a half! Do you actually KNOW anyone who keeps grocery receipts for years? I really feel cheated, knowing that I need to send receipts from at least 2010. Sheesh, how silly is that? Who knows when any company is going to screw up?

Yea the need for reciepts for any signiffigant refund or reimbursment its heinous no one saves reciepts mislabeling practices are a serious offense and should provide a significantly greater recuperation of losses due to advertising fraud. This kinda thing irks me severely Due too the fact the only reason most people buy certain products and it rings true for me and this product is for that exact labeling that this settlement is surrounding.

    ADMIN – Hi Francis,

How did you file a claim before the settlement was published?
