      All that is, is a recording, you can’t talk to anyone or let anyone know what’s going on. It just goes through the same recording over and over.

    Just got my check in the mail. After reading everyone’s comments I was Leary. Took it to my bank and had them check it out. Funds were there and it was legit. Was able I cash the check just fine.

    HELLO, I RECEIVED MY SETTLEMENT CHECK MY MAILED IN AUGUST 2017, BUT MISTAKENLY DISCARD IT WHEN THE CHECK WAS SHREDDED WITH SOME OTHER PAPERWORK. I DIDNT KNOW HOW I COULD REACH SHESTOPAL TO REPORT THIS INFORMATION AND PERHAP HAVE ANOTHER CHECK MAILED TO ME. MY CLAIM #10796652901. PLEASE HELP

    Write a certified letter with your request for check replacement to the class action administrator. You may be way too late since we are already at the end of September.

    Try contacting the class action administrator to check on the status. If it was distributed already and more than 90 days have passed you really don’t stand a chance of recouping.
