Fuhu’s ‘Defective’ Tablet Class Action Settlement

Class Eligibility

You are a member of the settlement if you purchased, in the U.S., a Nabi 2, Nabi 2S, Nabi XD, Nabi Jr. (including Nabi Jr. S) or Nabi DreamTab tablet, expect people who purchased for resale or returned tablet for a full refund or non-defective replacement.

Estimated Amount

$10 to $30.
Tablets that are non-defective will receive $10 and defective devices will receive $30. The settlement amount is subject to change depending on the number of valid claims submitted.

Proof of Purchase

Class members must verify that they are the purchaser of each Tablet they are submitting a claim for. They will need to provide a control number provided by the Claim Administrator, showing that they previously contacted Fuhu customer service about a defect, a serial number for the tablet, an email confirmation from Fuhu showing online registration of the tablet, or an itemized retail sales receipt showing the model of tablet and the date, place and amount of purchase.
