    I filed my papers back on August 6, 2019, and haven’t heard back from anyone. Is there something more I need to do with Claim number GAP10076361 and Confirmation code 487649.

    I have been an avid consumer of the gap factory store for years and was always lead to believe the original prices were factual and they were a large reason why i bought the clothing (i believed i was getting a great deal).
